Zeidler Group Expands FinDatEx Template Coverage with Addition of TPT 

London, 22 December, 2025 – Zeidler Group today announced an enhancement to its Zeidler Swift platform with the addition of the Tripartite Template (TPT) to its existing suite of FinDatEx reporting capabilities. The platform now supports EMT, EET, EPT, and TPT, strengthening its position as a comprehensive solution for asset managers seeking streamlined regulatory and client reporting. 

Previously offering EMT, EET, and EPT, Zeidler Swift now integrates TPT to help clients meet increased transparency and disclosure expectations across European fund distribution. Each FinDatEx template supports a key regulatory framework: 

• European MiFID Template (EMT) — aligns with MiFID II / MiFIR product governance and distributor information requirements. 

• European ESG Template (EET) — supports disclosures under SFDR, the EU Taxonomy Regulation, and MiFID II sustainability preference rules. 

• European PRIIPs Template (EPT) — supports data exchange required under the PRIIPs Regulation (EU) 1286/2014. 

• Tripartite Template (TPT) — used by insurers to meet reporting requirements under Solvency II. 

With the addition of TPT, this update further simplifies the operational burden of maintaining accurate, up-to-date templates while ensuring alignment with the relevant regulatory frameworks. 

To reflect its expanded industry template coverage, Zeidler Swift’s EMT/EET/EPT module has been rebranded as the Template Suite, underscoring its function as a unified hub for industry-standard data templates across the investment funds industry.
