This website at www.zeidler.group and its subpages (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Zeidler Legal Process Outsourcing Limited (“ZLPO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). References to a “Zeidler entity” or “Zeidler entities” mean the separate entities described in the Legal Notice. Each Zeidler entity is legally separate. References to “Zeidler” or the “Zeidler Group” are descriptive references to the relevant Zeidler entity or entities, as the context requires.
In these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”), “you” means any natural or legal person accessing or using the Website. These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Website.
You must comply with these Terms when accessing or using the Website.
Website Purpose
The purposes of the Website are:
- to provide general information to a business audience about the services offered by Zeidler entities and to enable businesses to contact us or the relevant Zeidler entity to find out more about those services;
- to enable individuals who may wish to work for a Zeidler entity to provide their details and apply for jobs.
Your responsibilities
You should not, and agree not to, rely upon or seek to apply the information contained on this Website to your specific circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that you should instead seek specific and separate legal and/or other appropriate advice concerning those circumstances.

- not to frame, mirror or link to the Website in a misleading manner, or hold yourself out as connected with ZLPO or any other Zeidler entity, without our prior written consent.

- You must also comply with the Security section below. In relation to intellectual property, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZLPO is the owner or licensee of the intellectual property rights in the Website and the materials published on it. Those works are protected by copyright and other applicable laws and treaties. All such rights are reserved.
- You will not use any part of the content of the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us or the relevant licensor.
- You will not seek to pass off any part of the Website or any Zeidler entity’s services as your own.
Information, third party links and liability
The Website and its content:
- do not constitute legal advice or advice of any other nature from any Zeidler entity to any person;
- do not constitute a quotation, representation, undertaking or offer of goods or services capable of acceptance. Contacting us through the Website does not itself create a contract or other legal relationship with ZLPO or any other Zeidler entity. Any services are provided only under a separate agreement with the relevant Zeidler entity; and
- except for the obligations expressly set out in these Terms, do not create a client, adviser, service provider or other professional relationship between you and ZLPO or any other Zeidler entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, representation or undertaking as to the accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Website, its content or any content accessed through it.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Website may contain links to third party websites or applications. These links are provided for information only. We do not control or endorse third party websites or applications and are not responsible for their content, availability or use. If you believe that a link on the Website is unlawful, please contact us.
Security
In this section, “Malware” means viruses or other computer programs or code designed to harm, interfere with or obtain unauthorised access to systems, devices, networks or data. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any document, file, information or third party website accessed through it, will be free from Malware. Access to and use of any Zeidler platform, portal, software product or login page is governed by the separate Platform Terms of Use made available with the relevant platform and, where applicable, the relevant service agreement.

ZLPO is a limited company incorporated in Ireland under company number 550051, with its registered address at 19-22 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2 (D02 X658), Ireland. Further information about ZLPO and the separate Zeidler entities is set out in the Legal Notice (https://zeidler.group/zeidler-legal-services-zeidler-fund-services/). ZLPO does not accept service of legal proceedings through the Website or by email unless expressly agreed in writing.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter and formation, and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this paragraph deprives you of any protection that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
