Zeidler Group Introduces Autofill 2.0 to Accelerate DDQ Completion on its ZDD Platform

27th May 2026

Zeidler Group, an AI-native law firm and technology-driven provider of legal and regulatory compliance services for the global asset management industry, today announced the upcoming release of Autofill 2.0, an enhancement to its Zeidler Due Diligence (ZDD) platform designed to accelerate the completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and simplify the due diligence process for fund managers and their counterparties.

Building on ZDD’s existing AI capabilities, the update allows delegates, vendors and other counterparties to upload external documentation, such as due diligence packs, policies and supporting materials, which the platform analyses to automatically populate questionnaire responses. Users can then review and finalise the responses rather than completing questionnaires manually.

For vendors and other counterparties responding to DDQs, this significantly reduces the time required to complete questionnaires. For fund managers using ZDD, the enhancement helps shorten response turnaround times while providing clearer visibility into outstanding information during the due diligence process.

Where a counterparty is unable or unwilling to complete a bespoke questionnaire, ZDD also enables clients to upload available documentation themselves. The platform can then analyse the materials and identify which questions have already been addressed and which require follow-up, allowing fund managers to focus only on the remaining gaps.

Responders will also be able to manage their documentation within a centralised repository, giving them full control over which clients can access specific information while maintaining strict data segregation across the platform.

Mathilde StichHead of Zeidler Due Diligence at Zeidler Group, commented:

“Autofill 2.0 is an important step in our ongoing effort to make the due diligence process more efficient for both our clients and their counterparties. By enabling questionnaires to be populated directly from existing documentation, we are reducing manual effort while maintaining the structured oversight that fund managers require.”

Serena GoldbergEVP of Product & Services at Zeidler Group, added:

“Autofill 2.0 reflects our broader commitment to embedding intelligent automation across Zeidler Group’s asset management solutions. By enhancing the AI capabilities within ZDD, we are helping clients manage growing due diligence demands more efficiently while maintaining the oversight and control required in today’s regulatory environment.”

The Autofill enhancement forms part of Zeidler Group’s continued development of the ZDD platform, which provides a structured digital environment for managing vendor and counterparty due diligence across fund managers’ global distribution and service provider networks.
