What is the new pre-marketing regime?

Directive (EU) 2019/1160 on cross-border distribution of collective investment undertakings (the “CBDF Directive”) came into force on 2 August 2021 and amended the AlternativeInvestment Fund Managers Directive (“AIFMD”).
