Kate Horgan
As Head of Business Development for the US, Kate leads Zeidler Group’s growth strategy in the region and plays a pivotal role in driving global marketing initiatives across all divisions. With extensive experience in business development, sales operations, demand generation, and project management, she is instrumental in expanding Zeidler’s US presence and strengthening client relationships within the investment management industry.
Since joining Zeidler Group in February 2021 as Marketing Manager, Kate has been central to shaping and executing the firm’s global marketing strategy. She partners closely with colleagues across legal, regulatory, and technology teams to ensure that Zeidler’s innovative legal and compliance solutions are effectively positioned to meet client needs worldwide.
Kate’s career spans leading financial services and asset servicing firms in Dublin, New York, and London, where she honed her expertise in cross-border growth and client engagement. She holds a First-Class Honours BA in English and History and a First-Class Honours MA in Business Management from the University of Limerick, where she was highly commended in the Global Undergraduate Awards. She also studied History at Aarhus University in Denmark and earned a First-Class Honours Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Development from the Irish Management Institute in 2016.
