Jan Fassbender has joined the Regulatory Services Division as Director, bringing a wealth of experience in legal and regulatory compliance, data protection, and corporate governance within the insurance, financial services, and consulting industries.
Before joining Zeidler Group, Jan held several senior roles, including Head of Legal & Compliance at a German Insurtech firm and Legal Compliance Counsel for the leasing division of a leading German automotive company. Additionally, Jan’s background includes significant experience in cross-border fund registration as a former Compliance Officer at a Swiss service provider specializing in fund registration and representation.
