Founded by Arne Zeidler, Zeidler has grown into an international group supporting asset managers across legal, regulatory and technology-enabled work.
Zeidler was founded in 2008 by Arne Zeidler with a focus on investment funds law. As fund regulation became increasingly international and operational, the firm expanded beyond legal advice into regulatory services and technology supporting the same industry.
Today, Zeidler Group operates internationally, with Zeidler Law remaining at the legal core of the Group and specialist regulatory, compliance and technology teams supporting clients across their ongoing fund-related work.
Zeidler has grown by adding capabilities around the work its clients already relied on it for, as the demands placed on asset managers became more complex, more cross border and more data driven. The result is a Group that combines specialist legal expertise with the ability to support recurring regulatory work and the systems used to manage it.
Zeidler operates from Dublin, London, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Winterthur, New York, Phoenix, Mumbai and Melbourne.
