Haojin Ba

Haojin is a director with a focus on the digital transformation of products and services. Prior to joining Zeidler Group, Haojin has over 10 years of experience in IT companies specialising in data management and regulatory reporting for asset managers. She has successfully developed a regulatory reporting platform based on a SaaS model, managed numerous client onboarding projects and led a client service team serving the BAU process. She has also gained extensive experience in Agile development methodologies as a Product Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master in Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework.
