Scott joined Zeidler Group as Head of the US, focusing on US investment management issues for global asset managers. Before joining Zeidler Group, Scott was Senior Vice President and Head of International Legal at AllianceBernstein, responsible for managing all legal matters related to AB’s international asset management business.
Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, Scott was Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC Global Asset Management (USA) Inc. covering similar legal matters.
